On September 7 and 8th, 2007 Mackinaw City will host Hopps of Fun Beer & Wine Festival. This unique event will feature an extensive sampling of 50 plus award winning Michigan microbrewed beers and over 40 wines from Michigan's four internationally recognized wine regions. Brewmasters and winemakers will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the brewing and winemaking process. New for the 2007 Festival, we are adding International Wines.
The weekend will feature the best in area entertainment, a variety of foods and picturesque views of the Mackinaw waterfront. Admission is $5.00 and includes a collectable Hopps of Fun sampling wine or beer glass. Participants will be able to purchase tasting tokens good for wine and beer. Tokens will sell for $15 for 8. Festival grounds are located at Conkling Heritage Park along the waterfront.

Uncle Ugly plays a versatile repertoire of "Classic Rock" that can get any crowd on its feet dancing. The band has opened for many national acts and has triumplhed at a number of Battles of the Bands. Uncle Ugly is a band that's going places, so come along for the ride!!
