Participants can arrive Friday for welcome night, early registration, and relaxed festivities with fellow car owners. Saturday features the formal judged show from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by a parade through downtown Mackinaw City and evening entertainment. The weekend concludes Sunday morning with awards and roll-out.
Vehicles are only required to be present for the full show hours on Saturday, making it an easy and flexible event for both local and traveling participants.
Show Layout Designed to Showcase Every Vehicle
With over 300 parking spaces in the main lot and additional space for vendors and activities, the event is designed for visibility and accessibility. Spectators will be able to walk freely throughout the show grounds, ensuring strong engagement with participating vehicles all day long.
Classic and pre-1974 vehicles will be prominently displayed in the main show lot, while newer enthusiast vehicles will have designated showcase area, creating a dynamic and inclusive automotive experience.
Judging, Recognition, and Local Showcases
The judged show on Saturday will feature multiple award categories celebrating craftsmanship, originality, and standout presentation. In addition to traditional judging, Mackinaw Steel is also creating opportunities to highlight local vehicles, giving community members a social platform alongside regional and traveling participants.
