Arts & Crafts Show Booth Registration

REGISTRATION: The Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau is interested in providing a well-balanced selection of Arts & Crafts. All work MUST be the vendors own hand-crafted product. Items purchased for resale, used clothing and household items WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. Only items listed on the application will be permitted to be sold at the event.  Register below or use the mail in registration form.

The Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau reserves the right to ask for the removal of objectionable/misrepresented work at the show or ask a vendor to leave the show without a refund.

Fees: Booth fees are $100.00 per 10×10 space per art show.

Michigan Sales Tax: Each artist is responsible for paying Michigan sales tax.

Rules & Regulations: Each Vendor is responsible for bringing their own display. The Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau does not supply tents, tables or chairs. This is an outdoor event on grass, please be prepared to deal with the elements. It is HIGHLY encouraged to stake and weigh down your tents. No electricity is provided. Upon acceptance your fee is non-refundable if you choose not to attend the show or cancel for any reason. Refunds will only be given if the organizers cancel. Application Deadline: Applications are due no later than the Friday the week before the event.

Set-Up Times: Packet pick up and set up times are on Friday from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. or Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at Conkling Heritage Park, 335 S. Huron St Mackinaw City, MI 49701.

Show Hours: Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Unloading: The parking lot at the park is the unloading area. Driving to your spot is NOT allowed. You may use handcarts etc. to move supplies to your assigned spot. Due to limited parking at the park, vendors are not allowed to park during show hours. There will be a designated area for vendors near the show area.

Booth Assignments: Assigned areas will be given out during check-in times.

On-Site Security: Security will be on site overnight on both Friday and Saturday. OVERNIGHT PARKING OR CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE SHOW AREA PER CITY ORDINANCE.
