Mackinaw Steel Registration

RAIN OR SHINE the show will GO ON!

REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee is $25.00 per car to be displayed in the Show. Registration is due by May 22, 2026 for the discounted rate. Register or use the mail in registration form below.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Parking space for the car being displayed in the car show, the parade through downtown Mackinaw City, a founding members dash plaque for the first 150 cars registered, reserved photo opportunity (limited times) with the Mackinac Bridge and Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse, a free gift for staying at a Mackinaw City hotel, and a swag bag for all registered participants.

CANCELLATIONS: NO refunds will be given.

LOCATION: Car show and check-in is located at Mackinaw Crossings: 248 S. Huron Ave. Mackinaw City, MI 49701

PARKING: Cars will be assigned to a specific spot. If you’d like to request a space adjacent to another participant, please leave a comment on your registration. We will do our best to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee.

CHECK IN: Friday, June 5 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday, June 6 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. ALL CARS NEED TO BE CHECKED IN AND PARKED BY 9:45 AM.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

FRIDAY: Informal show with cars on display for those registered from Noon to 9:00 PM.

SATURDAY: Formal, judged show from 10:00 AM to 4:15 P.M. Parade line-up at 4:15 PM. Parade departs Mackinaw Crossings at 4:30 PM. Informal showing with cars on display from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

SUNDAY: Awards at 11:00 AM

NOTE: Cars need only be present on Saturday. Informal times are optional.

VENDOR INFORMATION:

Fees: Booth fees are $100.00 per 10×10 space.

Michigan Sales Tax: Each artist is responsible for paying Michigan sales tax.

Rules & Regulations: Each Vendor is responsible for bringing their own display. The Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau does not supply tents, tables or chairs. This is an outdoor event on grass or pavement. Please be prepared to deal with the elements. It is HIGHLY encouraged to stake and weigh down your tents. No electricity is provided. Upon acceptance your fee is non-refundable if you choose not to attend the show or cancel for any reason. Refunds will only be given if the organizers cancel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS WAIVER
By registering for this event I acknowledge and understand that on-site and overnight security will be provided during the exhibition. However, the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau and its event sponsors shall not be held liable for any injuries, fire, theft, damage to vehicles, or any other loss or damage to personal property brought to the event site. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Mackinaw Steel Car Show and hereby waive any claims against the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, its sponsors, volunteers, or employees arising from my involvement in this event. By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to comply with all event rules and regulations, whether written or verbal. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, event sponsors, volunteers, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from my participation in the event.
